The Varsity Football Coaches at Commerce High School invite all junior athletes (with or without football experience) to join this free Speed & Agility Program
Mondays: March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, and April 14
Time: 6:30 - 7:30 PM
Where: Commerce Field House & Practice Field
Instructors: Lenny Gregory, Head Varsity Coach, and Varsity & Middle School Coaches
Ages: 5 years and older
