FAFSA - Free Application for Federal Student Aid
The FAFSA application opens on October 1 each year.
When is the FAFSA due? Check with your college’s Financial Aid Office. There isn’t a state deadline; instead, each institution has their own deadline. Having it completed by Valentine’s Day (February 14) is a good rule of thumb.
Hal Wilkinson is the GA Futures representative for Jackson County. You can email him with any questions about FAFSA and financial aid
