NCAA

Division I or II: You need to be certified by the NCAA Eligibility Center to compete at an NCAA Division I or II school. Before you can be certified to compete at a Division I or II school, they need to know more about your academic history and sports experiences.  See NCAA Registration Checklist for more information.

Step 1: Create a Certification Account

Step 2: The registration fee is $90.  Your Certification account registration is complete only after the registration fee is paid (or upon submission of a fee waiver, if you are eligible). You may pay online by debit, credit card or e-check. Profile Page accounts do not have a fee.

Step 3: Send your standardized test scores through CollegeBoard (SAT) or ACT Student.  Ask your testing agency to send us your scores using code 9999.

Step 4: See Mrs. Mathis to request that we send your high school transcript.  If you previously attended high school somewhere other than Commerce High School, contact that school to have your official transcript from that school sent to NCAA.

Division III or Undecided: Create a free Profile Page if you plan to compete at a Division III school or are not yet sure where you want to compete.  You'll get an NCAA ID, and we will send you important reminders as you complete high school. See NCAA Registration Checklist for more information.
